   1.  Make a List of things you Like to do

            And do at least 1 thing from the List

   2.  Make a List of things you Don’t like to do

             And do Another thing from the First List

   3.  Celebrate – because you wisely chose to spend your free time making 2 Lists

  

  

        

HOW TO WISELY CHOOSE:     What Color to Dye your Hair

   1.  1st think of what color you should Not dye your hair

   2. Once you’ve eliminated some options, determine whether you are a 

         Cautious, Prudent type,   Or a 

         Rebellious Radical type

    3.  If you are the Prudent type and decide to play it safe,

           go with one of the 3 Bs:     Black, Brown, or Blond

         If you want to live Dangerously, choose Any other color,

                                                                       the Brighter the Better

     But in the End, there’s nothing wrong w/ going “Natural”

HOW TO WISELY CHOOSE:   Which Toastmaster’s Club to Join

  1.  First, visit a club’s meeting.  If the people there clap at everything that’s                 being said like caffeinated seals, it’s a good sign.

  2.  Check for Snacks. How can you learn/practice how to speak on an Empty Stomach ?

  3.  Ask Yourself:  Would I like to spend 1 hr a week with These people? Or would I rather be Organizing my Garage ?

If your answer is “Yes” to all of the above except the garage ?, You’ve found Your Club.

If Not, Keep Shopping …

HOW TO WISELY CHOOSE:     What to bring to a Book Club Potluck

  1.  Bring Tidy foods.                                                                                                                                   Messy foods can get on your books & make them Sticky & Smelly
  2.   If you are bringing Drinks, make sure they’re poured into sturdy,                              stable cups so it doesn’t accidentally spill over your computer/phone         
  3.   It might be nice to bring something connected to the content/theme of                        the book unless the book is about bloody murder

Remember, the main thing at a book club Potluck is the Book.

Even though sometimes, the Food is Better.
